How far in advance should I book a limousine?
We encourage customers to book as far in advance as possible. However, we strive to accommodate all requests, even those on short notice. For last-minute bookings, please call our office directly as our online booking system cuts off a few hours before transfer times.

Our rates vary based on the type of vehicle and duration of service. Pricing includes chauffeur service, standard refreshments, and basic amenities. Additional fees may apply for special requests or services.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your booking. Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer will be charged the full amount.
What safety measures do you have in place?
Our vehicles are maintained to the highest safety standards and are driven by first aid accredited chauffeurs. All vehicles are equipped with first aid kits, and our drivers are fully vaccinated. Additionally, our vehicles undergo regular deep cleaning.

If your event or transfer runs longer than expected, waiting time will be charged at $2 per minute after a 10-minute grace period.
Are your limousines wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our limousines are not fully wheelchair accessible. However, we can accommodate folded wheelchairs in our vehicles.
