What happens on the day of your transfer?

The evening before travel, you receive an SMS with your chauffeur’s contact details. On dispatch, a live tracking link is sent so you can monitor the vehicle’s approach. Your chauffeur arrives at your pickup location ready to assist with luggage. For airport pickups, the chauffeur meets you in the arrivals area with a name board and monitors your flight in real time.
